In the middle year 1987, Dr. Sangchai Sodtivarakul, has established S&D Industries Co.,Ltd. With the registered capital of 7 millions baht. The capital has been added up many times. Today, the company has the total registered capital of 400 millions baht. In the beginning, The company only manufactured corrugated papers with the annual manufacturing capacity of 18,000 tons. Afterwards, the company has started manufacturing corrugated cartons as a subsequent product of corrugated board.The company has the capacity of manufacturing corrugated boards and boxes up to 84,000 tons and whole employees are 518 employees.
Throught the years, the company has constantly applied standard method for the development of organization and human resources such as the improvement of manufacturing system, internal organizational administration, customers service, products storage system, as well as delivery service system that take good care of products and can deliver them on time. Moreover, the company has also applied 5S. All of the above-mentioned are the basis for the achievement of the ISO 9001 : 2008 Certification from BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION.
